Yahoo’s local directory provides search results for many categories of businesses. You will need a yahoo email account so you can sign in to list, update and review your listing.

To register your practice, go to the bottom left corner of the local yahoo home page and look under local resources. Click on “add a business.” You will be able fill in your basic business information such as name, address and website URL. All listings are reviewed by Yahoo and may take a couple of days to show up on Yahoo Local.

Bing also offers a free business listing. Use the address noted above, and fill out out the form provided. For greater exposure, be sure to include your website address. At this time, Bing does not offer an enhanced listing.
